MDX TPE

The TPE pump is one of the latest developed powerful peristaltic pump types based on TB pump, which is suitable for all applications in laboratories of analytic, biotechnology and medicine with innovative characteristics of ultrafiltration supporting and liquid transfer with large flow and high precision.

The speed range can be adjusted from 0.1 to 300 rpm and the flow rate can be set between 3μl - 385 ml/min/channel (depending by tube size and number of rollers. The OLED display shows an overview of current dispensing values, start/stop, running direction. To have an extra functionality there is a timer function for the dosing. 8 different external control ways with RS232/RS485 communication interface (Modbus protocol RTU mode) and it can be connected with pc, PLC and HMI. The pump has low vibration and a low noise level. The pump is conform to GMP requirements.

This pump is the ideal choice for laboratories and industrial production where there is a need of precise dosing and low product pulsation. The 2 rotors are mounted in alternated way for reduce pulsation to an minimum.
